I used to get Dr. Mercola's whole food vitamins, but I didn't like having to take 6 tablets per day. So now I take MegaFood 100% whole food multi. No soy at all.

Anybody taking a multivitamin...tablets or a pack that contains no soy (lecithin and other soy extracts)? If so, what brand do you use?
