Shandiego - the trick with bee pollen is to start slowly. If you have allergies, too much bee pollen can trigger them. But, ifyou start out slowly and build up, it can really help with allergies. Just be sure to get locally grown bee pollen - or else it won't help with the local flora and fauna.

cooler #1 is tough. So, I'm hoping the best for you. It's only for a week or two I believe though.
I really need something to get me losing again, so before I go back to Atkins or South Beach, I am going to try following Tosca's Cooler 1 plan. Exactly. I have a feeling my downfall is going to be the lack of fat...and fruit! But I am going to try! At least it lets you have 1/2 a piece of fruit twice a day, but there really is no fat in it which may make me hungry. I am also going to try to do more ST than usual to hopefully get the metabolism going a little more.

Made it through day 1 of cooler 1. Did very well but that's alot of food. I certainly didn't get hungry nor did i graze all day.

If I can at 59 so can you. I have great lean meal plans that I give (actually make) the girls I train use. Many of them are really coming along. As you know everyone has a 6 pack it's just hidden. I take a lot of supplemnts and train 4 days a week plus cardio. Just started Zumba, way to hard.

That's too bad about your friends. I would love to just be able to LOOK like any of those who compete...
I met her at my last show in Atlanta, she's really nice, she was a judge along with all the Oxygen people. Seemed the show was not fair as all the Oxygen girls placed and several of my friends I train with were much more ripped. Her cookbook is really good too.

I just got her book The Eat-Clean Diet Recharged. I really like the info in it. It also has what she calls Cooler Plans which seem awesome. I am definitely using this book to get through the remainder of my program.
I may be a bit behind, and others are probably well aware of these plans.

I do wish they would put what the total calories were for each plan posted.
I know Tosca tells us not to count our calories, but I really need to do it to stay focused.
Also, when downloading my BodyBugg information at night, I need to have my total calories consumed to get my deficit for the day.
I really need to get my butt in gear and get the sugar out of my system..today is the day....thanks for the link remember..I did see this over there before...
