I eat flaxseed too.
For those who might not know...
Remember, it has to be gently and freshly ground for your body to be able to absorb the nutrients under its shiny brown covering. It works great for colon cleansing when whole but to get to the fat you have to break it open. Grind just what you need in a coffee grinder and keep the seeds in the fridge.

Hospitals are terrific for traumatic care; for acute care. They do a really, really good job in saving lives when it’s a sudden bleeding emergency.
