Good poll Laura. I don't really know how to phrase this question, but maybe somewhere along the lines of:
What's one thing you would consistently do daily to help you loose weight?
1. plan meals
2. X amount of exercise daily
3. reduce refined products
4. journal and track every bite
5. don't really want to do much work
6. Reduce amount of time eating out
