Well, after I googled your question, I have found out that the SCOOP size can vary from protein powder to protein powder. So, when a recipe calls for a SCOOP, if the BRAND hasn't been mentioned, you will most likely just have to guess. I've had pretty good luck in using a SCOOP as 1/4 cup, but that is just LUCK! LOL! I would say try a 2 tbsp scoop and you can always add more... Hope that helps!

A serving is normally 28g on the different powders I've tried. For some that is "1 scoop" and for others it is "2 scoops." I put that in quotation marks because I've found that a scoop is normally very different weight than 28g! I weigh mine because of that.
