My way of getting natural unprocessed foods into my diet is to make green drinks with my Vitamix. I also like to cook one or two large recipes over the weekend. That way it's easy to eat fresh during the work week. This week was Vegan Chili and Tomato Eggplant Soup.

There is no rules or guidelines here except for ONE.

Food should be as natural and unprocessed as possible. That's it.

There is no "one size fits all" so there are few rules for "eating well". You do what is working for you.
