DH and I LOVE hemp milk, but it is pricey. Our local health food store carries a few different brands, and most come in natural(plain), vanilla or chocolate flavors. Last time we splurged, we got vanilla to eat on our cereal, and I thought it was a little too sweet. I think I would have enjoyed the natural better.
I guess I'm just used to the coconut milk we use; it isn't too seet. We buy the powder from Wilderness Family Naturals and mix it with water to make milk. SOmetimes we use it thicker to make cream, or ice cream; and DH has made several dressings and sauces with it. It's really good for you, too. My only complaint is that it is definitely coconut flavored. It's great on granola and oatmeal, but sometimes I get a little tired of it. DH never has, so I guess it's just me. Here's a link for the cocnut milk powder:

ard_thread.asp?board=284x5031x15365464 We are fortunate to get hemp seeds at our health food store, but I have to admit that we still haven't tried making our own hemp milk. Thanks for the reminder!
