I Really like j-rubins idea about breaking into teams... This way its not individual and we would have the motivation of our team mates as well!!!!!!! Something like fitness minutes or what not would be great too!
Challenges are so important for my motivation. I'm a seriously competitive girl. :) But, I've found that it is more fun to compete with teams. Maybe in the future we could divide into groups and compete for something like most cardio minutes or most miles on the pedometer, or number of steps.
