Lesley,
When you get to the point that the exercises feel too easy, you can either do a second set or get a stronger resistance band. Since you are getting more fit, are you increasing the intensity of your cardio workouts?

Hi,
I'd love to start this Monday with a Fall challenge! I plan to resume walking and following a more stringent calorie count to get off a plateau and be ready to take off feeling comfortable on my trip to Hawaii on October 9th.
