None of the videos for the current bootcamp have printable versions. The videos with printable versions are from the bootcamp that ran in May 2008.

If you look on the team page under the General Discussion forum one of the members has posted a thread titled "Written Instructions for daily workouts". You will have to scroll down a bit to find it. She has written out instructions for the videos. Hopefully that will help you.

Hi,

Click on Fitness, then Fitness Features. Here you can click on the exercise demo of your choice and printout the exercise. You can also use the Workout Generator to design workouts for you, which you will be able to print out each exercise.

If you click on the Video exercise, then choose the exercise of you choice. Look at the 'Related Contents' to the right of the screen (where the video is played) to see if the video is printable. Not all of them are.
