That would be awesome to extend this to June... I love the extra mini workouts... they really help me to stay on track with eating and exercise...

this has really helped me! I have added this workout to my normal workout and it is really helping me, i havn't had many noticeable physical changes, but I am FEELING GREAT!

Me too! This team really motivates me as well and I hope that there will be a June boot camp as well. Mixing up the workouts in June would be cool too! emoticon

You can always form your own team, make it private or not and create your own challenges.
I still do the workouts from the New YOU Bootcamp in January. I like those too.
They don't do challenges every month but if you look at the top of the team page, it tells you what section this team is in:
SparkTeams / Member-Created Challenges / Specific Time Period Challenges

So I'm sure if you went to one of those sections you could find another challenge team.

i do like the challenge as it motivates me more than me just doing it on my own. since there wont be new videos maybe we can continue to challenge each other and make a plan of ourown. emoticon

You could do it all summer and just add your own challenges - do 3 sets of each day or make up new challenges for yourself :) I plan to keep doing it because it's working...maybe not dropping the pounds, but definitely toning up - I guess consistency really is key :) Best of luck!

You can save the 7 day workout plan to your favorites and keep using them . That is what I did with the Jan.NYB videos
