This week I will work outs every day. Tomorrow poured cement to our copra dryer so its a part of my work outs tomorrow. I will up my work outs to 60 minutes this week. Jogging, dance, crunches, dumbbells again.
OK, I won't go as far as to say 10,000 steps daily - too big a jump for one step (to mix my metaphors). I'll settle for 5000 daily for a week - tomorrow's Sunday, so that's convenient for starting. I'll increase it fortnightly by 1000 till I get to 10,000 - unless there's some major reason for falling behind. So that is 11 weeks signed away! I'll really have to go some to add that to my other streaks - though most of the time what I achieve is walking-related.
