It's a highly addictive aerobics class with latin/carribean beats. Very high energy. I just went for the first time last night but I'm hooked :)

Officially started this the 7th for me. So far I'm doing okay at getting the videos in, and doing at least 5 days of cardio, just maybe not all on the weekdays. The challenges are iffy. I'm just trying not to lose my breath during the videos. I'm too out of shape for them.

I'm horrible at doing these everyday. I try to sneak a whole body session in every couple of days.

Today, I got in the cardio kickboxing video, crunchless core, standing upper arms & lower band. Plus yoga. Perhaps even running later, but we'll see when I'm done with work. :)

Gak! Friday -- I just lived life today. It's not an excuse, it just is: trying to catch up after a night of next to no sleep, making plans to visit family across the country because my aunt had a stroke, getting my kid where she wanted to be tonight. It's all okay, but it's just been life, not the extra exercise. Maybe tomorrow I'll squeeze some of the elevated heart rate in.

I'm up for trying to do this. I did 40 min of cardio yesterday, some strength training, and some stretching. Plan for today is the same, plus possibly the video. (I don't have a resistance band yet, so doing the videos that don't have that as part of the materials).

I figured I'd just create another thread so people knew we were continuing the challenge.

It's been an awful, awful week for me in many aspects, but I am determined to get back on track, if only for my emotional health.

TODAY: 31 minutes on the treadmill (a Couch25K session), followed by 34 minutes on the elliptical, ended with a quick stretching session. I'm hoping to get today's and yesterday's bootcamp video in when I get home from work (I love the Sunday video!).
