Are people going to continue the bootcamp? Or will there be a March bootcamp? I just noticed this forum today on the Team Digest e-mail. I think a month of BC would be a great way to spice out my routines since I haven't done them before. Let me know if y'all are continuing in March. Thanks!

Hey all..was traveling on business for the last few days...got my cardio in on Sunday (walking & stationary bike)...today I did BC day 22 (lower body with bands) and day 23 (upper body with bands) and ran/walked for 80 mins....

Did today's abs workout + 30 minutes of yoga.

I wanted to get to yesterday's band workout, but I decided that I need a Level 2 resistance band & had packed it up to take back to the store (I really didn't feel like I was doing anything at all on the level 1 band).

I started this morning (mid-month, ha!). I did Sunday's, however, as I didn't have a resistance band plus cardio. But while doing errands today, I picked a band up at the store. So maybe I'll try to get in today's "proper" video, too. :)

30 minutes cardio - elliptical/treadmill. Tried the crunchless core video - absolutely cannot do this with a recent lower back injury - it hurts my tailbone and stresses my lower back. Did Wii Fit ab work and crunches instead. emoticon

I'm getting a late start, but I'm in! I'm in the final stages of recovering from a lower back injury (from overtraining!), have been working on cardio (elliptical/treadmill/walking) 3-4 days a week for about 3 weeks, and this sounds like a great addition to get back into shape - gently, of course!
Completed the kickboxing video today with low impact modifications. :-)

Day 3--I completed the kickboxing (doing that every day) and the crunchless core workout video and did my walk. The core videos are killers for me--I'm pathetically out of shape in my middle. emoticon

Feb 2: bootcamp complete! Right now my focus is on the strength exercising, not the cardio. Working in the strength is the focus.

Today was Day 1 for me in that I'm going to try to do the kickboxing video every day and do the resistance band exercises on the designated days with the program. I'm hoping it'll add some "oomph" to my walking program. We can do it!!!!!!!!!
