Bought a multi band set from www.bodylastics.com. I was using a band that I didn't feel was resistant enough. I web searched and found this company and bought a set for me and my hubby and another set for my brother & his wife.
I think I just purchased the same ones everyone is talking about! YaY! I had to go pick them up for the different videos and picked up a balance ball while I was at it! They were on sale too! Double bonus!

I got mine at Walmart, 3 different resistance levels. The only thing you have to watch is there are at least 2 different lengths. I got the short ones the first time (I am 5'6") and they were too short. Had to take them back and exchange for the longer.

I agree! I did the workouts the first few days with some bands that don't have handles at all. It was hard to keep them from snapping up in my face! It is much easier with the handles. Now I'm thinking I might need heavier resistance, but I can't find one. Any suggestions?

For the first 3 weeks I did bootcamp I was using some bands that are complete circles. I tried to modify the exercises to accomodate them, and I felt like it was working well. I decided to treat myself to a new resistance band like the one Coach Nicole uses on the videos. What a difference it made! I was hurting all week in joyous recovery! It always helps to use the right tools!
