Your Bonus Challenge for Saturday
(optional) is to go shopping! You've worked hard for four weeks straight. You've probably lost inches, toned up by building some lean muscle, and improved your fitness level overall. All of these accomplishments should help boost your confidence level so that you feel more comfortable in your own skin. This weekend, put on your old jeans or try on some new ones (especially if you've lost weight). Even if you don't buy anything, find the fit that flatters you most and enjoy yourself. P.S. Now's the time to compare those before and after measurements and photos!
