Your Day 27 Workout video for Friday, May 29, can be found here:

(This is the Day 6 workout video, because we repeat the 7-day workout plan each week during Bootcamp.) Also, do 30 minutes cardio of your choice today as well.

Your Bonus Challenge for Friday (optional) is to treat yourself. You've been working hard for four weeks. It's time to enjoy a bit of "me" time. Watch a favorite movie, read a new book or listen to music and relax for a bit. Paint your toenails, treat yourself to a haircut if it's in the budget, or take a long bath. Meditate, give yourself a facial or take a nap. Be decadent. Go ahead--you've earned it!
