(optional) is to eat dinner at the table, with no TV, computer or cell phone nearby. Take your time, and eat on a real plate with real silverware, even if you're eating a frozen meal or dining alone. When you eat while distracted or moving around, you're more likely to overeat and ignore your body's cues that it's satisfied.
