(This is the Day 4 workout video, because we repeat the 7-day workout plan each week during Bootcamp.) Also, do 30 minutes cardio of your choice today as well.

Your Bonus Challenge for Wednesday (optional) is to eat dinner at the table, with no TV, computer or cell phone nearby. Take your time, and eat on a real plate with real silverware, even if you're eating a frozen meal or dining alone. When you eat while distracted or moving around, you're more likely to overeat and ignore your body's cues that it's satisfied.
