Your Day 20 Workout video for Friday, May 22, can be found here:
(This is the Day 6 workout video, because we repeat the 7-day workout plan each week during Bootcamp.) Also, do 30 minutes cardio of your choice today as well.
Your Bonus Challenge for Friday (optional) is to do a fun and active Friday night activity. That means trying to stay on your feet! Maybe you could walk to dinner near your house, hit the slopes, or go bowling or roller skating with your family. Be creative and enjoy some fun, social time with your family and friends while you stay on your feet! Hopefully the weather in your area will be accommodating (but if not, try something indoors like ping pong, Nintendo Wii sports or billiards). Keep in mind that "being active" isn't the same thing as exercise or cardio. But every bit of activity you can add to your day DOES offer some benefit.
