So you can plan for the weekend ahead, I wanted to post both of your workouts today. Please refer to this message for both Saturday and Sunday details.

Your Day 14 workout video for Saturday, May 16, can be found here:

(This is the Day 7 workout video, because we repeat the 7-day workout plan each week during Bootcamp. No additional cardio is scheduled for Saturday.)

Your Bonus Challenge for Saturday (optional) is to go on a brisk 15-minute walk sometime during the day. Since we don't have any other cardio scheduled, even this small amount of light activity can be helpful to you reaching your goals--plus, anyone can fit in 15 minutes on Saturday, no matter what you've got going on. If you're feeling up to it, extend your walk even longer!

(We're back to using Day 1 of the Bootcamp video series. No additional cardio is scheduled for Sunday.)

Your Bonus Challenge for Sunday (optional) is to cook a healthful meal that you can eat throughout the week. Big batch cooking on the weekends helps save precious time during the week. Lasagna, casseroles, stir-fries and even muffins and pancakes can be made ahead in bulk, divided into single-serve portions and reheated when you're in a hurry. A bonus is that some foods, like soups and chili, seem to develop more flavor the next day!
