(This is the Day 2 workout video, as we repeat the 7-day workout plan each week during Bootcamp.) Also, do 30 minutes cardio of your choice today as well.

Your Bonus Challenge for Day 2 (optional) is to do an additional video--the 6-Minute Hips, Glutes & Thighs Workout, which you can find here:
. Since Monday's Bootcamp workout is lower body, adding these additional exercises will increase the challenge for the same muscles.
