So you can plan ahead for the weekend, I wanted to post both of your workouts today. Please refer to this message for both Saturday and Sunday details.

Your Day 7 workout video for Saturday, May 9, can be found here:

Your Bonus Challenge for Day 7 (optional) is to meet your water recommendations for today (about 8 cups for most people). All this exercise is sure to make you thirstier! And the more you work out, the more water you need, especially as you build those sleek muscles, which are made up of lots of water. So today, listen to your body's signals for thirst and meet your quota for the day. The Nutrition section under our "Healthy Lifestyle" tab is full of tips to drink more water, so check out the articles there if you need some help.

Your Bonus Challenge for Day 8 (optional) is to take some time this Mother's Day to remind a woman in your life how much she means to you. Honor your mother today, of course, but also think of the other women who have supported you throughout your life. Daughters, teachers, sisters, best friends… tell them how much they mean to you. Sharing your feelings will make you both feel great. There's nothing like sharing good energy and talking to a loved one to boost your mood!
