Your Bonus Challenge for Day 4 (optional) is to eat at least 3 servings of fresh, frozen or canned vegetables today. Besides being nutritious, veggies can fill you up on fewer calories so that you're more likely to stick with your healthful eating plan for the day. The Nutrition section under our "Healthy Lifestyle" tab is full of tips to add veggies to your day, so check out the articles there if you need some help.
