I agree with exercise and food logs. I am about to get back into logging all my food. I have to go with one thing just so no one is over whelmed. Well me be honest I don't want to be over whelmed. I would like to focus on food logs because losing weight is 90% of what you eat.
I'm open for anything. Both exercising and tracking have been really helping. Anything that will keep me intouch with other to give and get support works for me. So, I'm in just let me know what it is
I am finding that keeping a food journal is helping me even more than exercise or setting goals, but I'm open to any challenge you decide.
Thinking of trying to start a may challenge if anybody is interested.. What types of things do you want to do the most?
