I'm re-starting the South Beach Diet Plan on Monday as when I was on it my blood sugar were always in a healthy range. I also felt better and had more energy. It's a good healthy sensible diet with lots of veggies and low carb foods. It was created by a Cardiologist and is not only good for our Hearts but also for people with diabetes. I have 3 of his books all of them have many good low carb recipes in them.
