One thing I decided to do today, was to not only send SparkGoodies to people in this group, but I am now choosing 2-3 people in each of my other groups as well.

I am in and hope to do well. #'s 1, 2, & 3 I already do daily as I am the morning dog walker now, my drink of choice is water and I drink 64-72 ounces daily and I am vegan so I get all my fruits and veggies. So I will attempt 4 & 5.
