Eating healthy has become such a habit that I can do it even on holidays, lol... I admit to a smidge of cranberry sauce, but I make my own so there's not a lot of sugar in it. And I weigh EVERYTHING in my portions, so it's been good.
Christmas is the biggie, but I already have a lo-cal chocolate pudding kind of dessert for me, and I made Christmas cake (bleh - it's like a dark fruitcake, and I don't like fruitcake, but they tell me it's good, so I guess I make 'em right) and a real Christmas pudding (you know - the steamed kind of plum pudding, sprig o'holly, Mrs Cratchit, all that). I'm not even tempted - last thing I want is soggy fruitcake, lol!
So far, so good... 'course, we ain't to December yet.
