I think I will give up peanut butter again! We had a similar challenge and it gave me motivation to ignore it. I have been just eating it out of the jar with a spoon. I go through stages where I want different things, but peanut butter seems to be lasting longer than most things.
Note: This is a 5 Day challenge only!! For these 5 days I want you to give something up!! You are to nominate at the start of the challenge what you will give up and record it in this thread. It might be – snacks after 8pm, It might be chocolate, it might be cookies etc but it should be something that will help you get toward your goal. You decide. Record what you are going to give up and then record if you were successful on each of the five days..
