This week's challenge is that of MOVING.....Exercise.... Fitness!
Chose one or more mini challenges to work on this week. Let us know what your goals are.

Meet aerobic exercise guidelines/week (3 times a week minimum)
Meet strength training guidelines/week (3 times a week)
Take 5,000 steps per day
Mix up your workout (do one new thing/day)
-- Take a new fitness class (at work, the gym, or a DVD, or video)
-- Exercise activities outdoors
-- Take the stairs
-- Do not sit for longer than 1 hour. (Stand while on the phone, walk to a co-worker’s desk
instead of emailing them, , etc.)
- Chair march when on computer, watching TV etc


No weapon formed against me shall prosper

Stairs will help me--Since I have three beds needing flannel sheets put on them, I plan to use the stairs three separate times to make the beds, and then I will continue to use the stairs, climbing them daily ten times and also doing 20 steps on each leg to regain some of my lost quad strength.

I will also time my sitting and make myself stand up every hour....I can knit standing up just as easily as I can knit sitting. Heck, I might even MARCH while I stand and knit!

-- Take a walk at lunch
-- Do not sit for longer than 1 hour. (Stand while on the phone, walk to a co-worker’s desk
instead of emailing them, , etc.)
- Chair march when on computer, watching TV etc
-- Choose your own goal
