I have been getting in more veges. More salads this week. Broccoli yesterday, tomatoes today.

Not a lot today, will add more tomorrow.

Yesterday I had a big mixed salad with lettuce, green pepper, mushrooms, carrots, yellow squash, and spinach. I also had sliced tomatoes and V8 juice.

Today I had carrots, onions, tomatoes and potatoes. emoticon emoticon emoticon

Veges are IN this week!! The VEGE Challenge will be to do THREE or more of the following mini challenges:

1. Eat at least 4 veg a day! Post on this thread which fruits you ate.

2. Give a VEGE SparkGoodie to a different Chair Exercise member each of the three days.

3. Use lots of VEGE Emoticons when you post on the teams treads.

4. Encourage Team Members not to forget to eat VEGES!!

5. Make a Recipe containing VEGES and share on this thread what you made with the link if possible.
