Try a new EXERCISE – or CHANGE exercise
This week I would like to challenge you to "Try a new EXERCISE” or "CHANGE your exercise routine"
So for this week try either a new form of aerobic exercise, a new strength training exercise, or a new exercise video from Anne Burnells page that you have never attempted before.
Or be brave and attend an EXERCISE class for some exercise you have never dreamed of doing
Or - just do an exercise that you haven't done for a time -
Or - change the type of exercise you do - if you normally sit to exercise - try a short standing exercise, or even a short walk
Let's see how much we can challenge ourselves to step out the box and do something different.
Who knows what we might discover.
You can do your chosen EXERCISE, either daily, or just once during this week.
Then log in and record what you did here, and how you got on with it..
