For this challenge you are to do a minimum of 30 min exercise each day for 5 days a week, including warm up and cool down, but not including stretching!! You are free to choose the exercise or exercises you do – you can do a combo of strength and aerobics or just strength or just aerobics You may do the 30 min in several parts during the day or as one block – whatever suits your program. BUT you MUST do a minimum of 30min on each of the 5 days you choose to participate. Please record your exercise in this thread!!
