STRETCHING I HAVE TO DO EVERY DAY TO KEEP FROM LOCKING UP. BUT BALANCE IS A REAL PROBLEM FOR ME. TO RISK A FALL BECAUSE I AM NOT HOLDING ON TO SOMETHING WOULD BE DEVASTATING AS IT WOULD PUT ME BACK IN THAT CHAIR FULL TIME WHEN I HAVE WORKED SO HARD TO SPEND MORE TIME OUT OF IT. SO I WILL DO THE STRETCHING PART BUT CONTINUE TO USE MY WALKER WHEN I AM UP AND ABOUT.

Okay, count me in. With as much weight as I have to lose balance and stretching should be good for me.
ENCOURAGEDLADY - if you look in the thread - Exercise Thread - and scroll down through the messages - there is a section for wheelchair bound people - there could be ideas there for you- otherwise - I suggest you do as much as you are able - using your arms only - of the set videos!! Maybe even using small dumbbells or water bottles of water (about 1lb) to repeat exercises will help you. Have a look art our video channel - you might find suitable exercise there too - to find that - click on the Team Picture on the MAIN team page!! I'll see if I can find more suitable video ideas for you too and let you know
I want to join this challenge except I am leaving tomorrow morning to see my elderly friend in NJ. I will be back on Friday. I will not have a computer with me. I will sign up for this challenge when I return from my trip. Good luck to everyone. June

This challenge will run for the next 5 weeks - through until July 29th This is NOT an either/or Challenge - You MUST do both sets of exercises. This challenge is to do both of these videos every day for 5 days a week
If you are honestly unable to do the standing exercise (even hanging onto a chair) then do the Chair Marching routine on my web site chairexercisefun.com/ but you MUST repeat it at least 2 times each day.
