I think today's [Monday's] exercises will strengthen my back and endurance. These might be keepers. I took a long walk that went by an ice cream shop. I caved. It is a holiday, right. I had a small serving in a cup.

Wow. It is great how this has become a family affair for some of you. I am getting family to walk with me a few blocks, then I keep gong. I am not exactly a fast walker. I think I just found a walking buddy on my state team. We are going to meet at a park to walk a paved trail near the river.

Oh my gosh! My daughter decided to "spot" me while I was doing cruchless crunches this morning. It was so funny how she was "holding" my shoulders that I could barely do the exercises because of my chuckling. I had to pause the video, laugh and come back to the exercises (which made my little one frustrated becaasue she wanted to "help" mommy). She gave me a huge hug and kiss when I was done too!

I so want to weight myself. I feel like I am drowning in my clothes they are so loose, but my weight in is Friday. I know if I jump on the scale today, I will do it all the time, but it is so tempting. I need to put it away so that I don't see it.
I just keep thinking how much happier I will be if I wait until Friday and see the bigger number.

I just joined and did the day 1/8 video today. Its the same video so I did it once this morning to make up for day one, and once tonight. I also went on a long walk today, but it was really hot and the baby got fussy so we kept it shorter then the 2 miles. It was more like a mile.

My children have also been trying to do the work outs and they see how challenging they are, so no more comments about how easy those exercises are.

I am enjoying the bootcamp. I would have never thought 8 - 12 minutes of exercise could be so challenging or have my muscles sore. Day 7's video was TOUGH! My favorite exercise videos are those that include the resistance bands.

I've joined to and have to say the core exercise hands down has been the hardest for me. I've actually enjoyed Day 1 kickboxing that I use it again for 10min of my cardio during the week. Glad to have come to this site, it's been so informative. Looking forward to the rest of the months challenges

I am loving this bootcamp!! My arms were shaking by the end of the workout yesterday, and I loved todays ab workout!! I definitely need to work on my core strength. The last exercise was the hardest for me today too, I kept leaning and almost tipping over!!

Tuesday, I didn't think the bands I had would work with the video, so I used the 3 pound weights in each hand. My arms were so sore at bedtime, that I took 2 arthritis strength Tylenol. But when I woke up today, it was totally relieved.
Today, Wednesday: These exercises are similar to some I have done before. I watched the video all the wy through first, and didn't think I would be able to do them the same way Coach Nicole does. However, I was able to do everything but the exercise at the end that had only one hand and one knee on the floor at a time. My balance wasn't good enough. But I attempted it. In the end, I kept both hands on the floor so that I could do the leg movements.
I am hoping that by the end of the month that I will be able to keep up with Coach Nicole.
How are the rest of you doing

If you have questions about Boot Camp, we can help each other by answering them on this thread.
Carol and I may not be able to be on the internet every day. So this needs to be a team effort.
On the Boot Camp team page, read any thing with a sticky not attached under the forum titled: ***Daily Workouts & Challenges*** Sticky Notes are just a method for t he team leaders to keep a thread at t he top of the forum. Once a sticky note is removed by a leader, that thread will float down to a lower position.
There will be daily assignments that will change. There are seven different videos that will be included. There will be links to them from the assignment message.
