I did well on my first week, too. I only joined Sparkpeople a couple of days ago, but I started tracking my eating and exercise on nutridiary a week ago and have lost 1 pound, and 1/2 an inch around my waist!
ETA: I just noticed this is an old thread. Oops!

I did okay for my first week. I see the areas that I need to work on. I also see how easy it is to eat something that looks and taste good and not go over the recommended intake for weight loss.
I will see how it goes this week.

I think I did pretty well last week. My goal was to get more carbs during the day instead of at night. This week I am trying a new workout routine. Hope I see some good results!!
