I did well on my first week, too. I only joined Sparkpeople a couple of days ago, but I started tracking my eating and exercise on nutridiary a week ago and have lost 1 pound, and 1/2 an inch around my waist!

I think I did pretty well last week. My goal was to get more carbs during the day instead of at night. This week I am trying a new workout routine. Hope I see some good results!!
