My accomplishment is walking more and cutting out sodas!

When my husband was deployed I was walking 6 miles every night. Now that he is back I slacked off big time. I'm trying to get back to my 6 mile walks! Last week I walked 2 miles every night. It's been way cold though!

My accomplishment is that I'm sticking to my workout schedule and I'm staying within my calorie range. I'm staying at a steady pace of losing about 1 pound a week so I'm happy!

My accomplishment from last week is that I am confident in the way I look. I think it is partly because I have been working out twice a day and eating 6+ veggies and fruits a day. Yea ME!!

This topic is so we can track our progres. For example I maintained my weight from last week although my hips are looking much slimmer in photos. I also stuck to my week challenge of working out twice a day. Yea me!!
