Mini Challenge Week:
The Challenge will be to do FOUR or more of the following mini challenges

1. Eat at least 2 fruits every day this week! Post on this thread which fruits you ate.
2. Give a Happy Face Goodie or emoticon to at least 10 different members of the Chair Exercise Team during the week
3. Track ALL your foods for at least 5 days in the Sparkpeople Nutrition Tracker and stay within target.
4. Track your Exercise fully in The Sparkpeople Fitness Tracker
5 - Exercise at least 15 min each day for 5 days
6 Drink at least 8 cups of WATER (only water) each day this week


I will do #s 2, 4, 5 and 6 this week.

8/4-Sunday: 2. Gave 5. smiley goodies;
4. indoor walking;Tracked
5 exercised 10 min.
6. 8 glasses of water

Just returned from a week long camping trip. This sounds like a good way to get back to exercising and tracking again.

Mini Challenge Week:
The Challenge will be to do FOUR or more of the following mini challenges

8/5-Monday: peach and raspberries/ 2 goodies given/ tracked and within calorie range/ 8 cups water/ exercise 20 minutes

8/6-Tuesday: peaches and blueberries / no goodies today / tracked and within range / only 5 water / exercise 20 ST + 15 cardio

8/7-Wednesday: peaches and blackberries/ 3 goodies sent/ tracked, just under range/ 8 water/ 40 min exercise

8/8-Thursday: peaches/blueberries / 3 goodies/ tracked, just under range/ 8 water/ no exercise
8/9-Friday: peaches/banana / 1 goodie / under range eating more shortly/ 8 water / 30 min exercise
8/10-Saturday: raspberries.grapes / 1 goodie/ within range & tracked/ 8 water / 40 min exercise

Okay, I'm in too. I will do:

- eat 2 fruits each day
- track food for 5 days
- track exercise
- exercise for 15 mintues each day for 5 days

Aug. 4th - ate blueberries, banana, grapes. tracked my food and was within calories, use a FItbit so my exercise is tracked also logged my strength training, exercise for 20 minutes
Aug. 5th - ate banana, blueberries, cantaloupe, tracked food a little over calories, logged my exercise, exercised for 20 minutes
Aug. 6th - ate blueberries, banana, tracked my food, over calorie but not by much, exercised & tracked for 20 minutes
Aug. 7th - ate blueberries, banana, cantaloupe, tracked my food, slightly over, exercised & tracked, 25 minutes
Aug. 8th - Happy, positive campaign starts emoticon ate banana, blueberries, apple, grapes, tracked my food and stayed in calorie range, exercised & tracked it
Aug. 9th
Aug. 10th

Not at all Jean - a lot of people have trouble with the tracker!!
If you go to chairexercisefun.com/ - on the right hand side of the fromt page are some buttons - click on "Booklets" button
When that opens you will see a heading "trackers"
You can read, download to your computer or print that out
I hope that might help!!

I can do it all except for the nutrition tracker. That's where I hit a snag ~ somehow we don't seem to always eat like other people. I do all fresh veggies & fruit ~ with fish, chicken, pork & beef but get confused with the nutrition tracker. I guess I'm a flop. BUT, I will give it my best.
