Thank you Ikacey. I've been off a couple of days. I truly over did on a task and it knocked me out of the running for a while. Looking forward to getting back up and moving.

NASFKAB - not sure what you did for strength training -

this is the link to a chart that was in the Trek exercise notes
http://walking.about.com/od/measure/a/st
epequivalents.htm

stretching and yoga is listed as 76 steps per minute while moderate weight lifting is 121 - somewhere in there perhaps?

The group thing is left over from the last 6 week trek. On this trek she suggest you pick an exercise level you are comfortable at and stick with it.

5-13 Monday... I have no idea what my activities add up to today. I swept the majority of my 10x10 patio off, slid iron patio furniture around to sweep under it, cleaned under the foot stoop, moved mats and swept under them, oh and I did stretch. I move slow; think it took me an hour. I guess we could call it cardio and ST. This ol' gal is a little on the sore side and have no go-go juice. Can I climb into one of the beds???? lol

Today: Sunday May 12: 500 steps, 5 min warm up, 5 min light stretch, swam with the dolphins, the frisky sea lions who kept diving deep and playing keep away, then sneaked some sardines in to feed the penguins. Whew!
