I appreciate the bonus exercises! I'm coming into the challenge a bit late ( it's Terrific Tuesday!) so I will give the exercises attention today without considering it a challenge. Will you be holding this challenge the entire month or week to week? emoticon

For all who would like to do a little more that just 5 minutes exercise. The resistance bands can also be done sitting. Of course resistance band exercises can be used for more than simply strengthening more isolated muscle groups. The exercises below work the major muscle groups are only a small sample of the many hundreds of variations that have been devised. .......... We have made up a few exercise (you should work for at least 15min in total in the day) they have to be a minimum of 15 minutes. The list below are what we have devised, the full Challenge Instructions

Resistance Band Squats

Resistance Band Bent Over Rows

Diagonal Woodchops

Lateral Rows with Resistance Band

Biceps Curls with Resistance Band

Please record the length of time you work with the exercise bands each day here.
