Most of us know about haiku, pronounced hi-KOO. It's a three line poem, with the first and third line composed of five syllables and the middle line of seven syllables. It doesn't have to rhyme or be fancy, it just has to express your thoughts or feelings in three lines.
Think 5 - 7 - 5. Writing a little three-line poem sure beats smoking or stressing over the quit process!
Here is my haiku, and I wonder if other quitters would like to add one.
My healthy future Took a long time to achieve Now breathing feels great
