My all time favorite soup and sammie combo is tomato with either grilled cheese (a microwaved quesadilla nowdays on whole wheat tortilla) or tunafish w/ lt mayo on WW bread.
This week I made some 16 bean soup with beef short ribs for dinner so am looking for suggestions when I take the leftovers to work & eat lunch. Veggies stix or crackers? What throughts do the rest of you have, and what do you eat now that the cold days of winter are here? I'm just not that into cold salads when it's 27 degrees in the morning heading off to the job.
