I think I'll stir fry some minced veggies, and add 2 egg whites and some cooked brown rice plus spices to make a low fat fried rice.

I had a small microwave potato with olivio and a sprinke of shredded parmesan cheese and Romaine lettuce with grape tomatoes, hard boiled egg with apple cider vinegar and EVOO. I'm usually hungriest at lunchtime, so this really filled me up.

I had fiber one yogurt, fresh strawberries. It was great. Tomorrow we have a lunch at work and I will really watch what I eat. I don't want to over do it at one meal. I'm hoping they have some salads.
