For the egg salad lovers, I have used low-fat cottage cheese to bind the eggs together instead of mayo. If the lumps bother you, you could blend it a llittle.

Thanks everyone for your advice. I loved all the ideas. Cereal and milk is actually one of my favs but its kinda hard to keep at work. However, speaking of cereal...my favorite new one is Fiber One brand Caramel Delight! So gooood and sooo gooood for you!

As for lunch tomorrow, I found a bag of edamame that I'm going to snack on and then I'll make a sandwich!

Thanks again ladies!!

How about a whole grain cereal and lowfat milk? That would be a suggestion for a quick lunch or dinner without having to cook.

make sure that you are getting protein in order to hold your hungries for dinner time. How about making egg salad. Thats a great lunch. Add lots of veggies and your set

Many times I will steam frozen veggie mix and have a baked potato. They will cook in the microwave in the time you could heat a frozen dinner.

Blessings to you!

I love veggie burgers for lunch with either a nice salad or veggies. I have the burger on an Arnold's sandwich thin or Healthy Life English muffin - so it's really low in calories and fat.
I hope this helped

Hi Guys!
I am in a little predicament. I had planned to only make my lunch this week. I had created a day to day schedule. For instance Sunday night's dinner was supposed to be monday's lunch (smaller portion). I have been sticking to it all week, except tonight I'm supposed to make chicken and broccoli stir fry and I forgot to put the chicken out to defrost! Plus, I'm planning to workout after work and I have to stop off at the grocery store to pick up flowers for a neighbor who's not feeling well so I wouldn't have had time to cook for tomorrow as well.

So my question is...anyone have any ideas on what I could buy from the supermarket that doesn't require cooking? I enjoyed frozen dinners at one time but I feel like it works against my new healthy lifestyle since its usually packed with loads of sodium. Are there frozen dinners out there that you'd actually recommend thats worth it? Are there any other lunch ideas that you can share to help me figure out what to eat tomorrow?!

Please help!!
Rainey
