i know this is late, but salads can be misleading... read all that's in the salad and ask about the dressing- the pizza could be better for you, especially if you get it on the wheat dough. As others have said- save half for lunch the next day!! :)

They're both probably more food than you need... I'd say go with whichever sounds best when you get there, but save half of whichever you choose for another meal.
