MOTTO TO LIVE BY Life should NOT be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways, chocolate in one hand, latte in the other, body thoroughly used up, totally worn out and screaming "WOO HOO, What a ride!" ⊰⊹✿♥ ♡ MOdesTA ♡ ♥✿⊰⊹
This recipe is a great morning Wake up Drink! gives you lots of energy. and only 3 weight watcher points. only 1 point if you omit the yogurt.

Hi all,
This is so cool. I plum forgot that I use to post my food pics on a website I made, it's called Giggle's Food Journal.
Today I will start taking pics and posting them on there again. But for now here's the link if you want to see what I posted last year. www.fotolog.com/giggles

I love the Idea ,, I'll do it since we're back to school on saturday ..
How to put pictures on here ..
take pictures for what ever .. download them into your computer .. then up-load them onto any photo sharing web like fliker or photobucket or even yahoo photo sharing .. when the picture is up loaded to the site .. take it's URL which must start with http:// and ends with .jpg .. then write here a new post or a replay to another post .. then use the " ADD A LINK " button on top of the place where you write in .. paste the URL in the rectangle and post your message .. it's there .. very easy and simple
if any further questions just ask
have a nice day

What a great idea. I don't know how to post pics. What if we post pics in our blogs and use that as a link. That way we blog everyday what we ate and add our food pics?

You can also load them onto this team, under the photo section, and they can always be deleted a week or so later.

I thought it might be fun if we posted pictures of our healthy lunches here and maybe listed a few of the fun/different ingredients as well. The pictures can be taken with the camera on your phone then uploaded to any photo web service (flickr/photobucket).
Here's mine for today
A yummy salad with all the typical veggies and then some yellow bell peppers, purple grapes and turkey pepperoni.
