I love Subway. I could be happy eating there for lunch getting a different sandwich, 5 days a week. I mainly pick one protein, add to that every vegetable of the day (always fresh), and sometimes honey mustard, pepperjack cheese, thinly sliced. All of that I get on a 6" whole wheat roll. My favorite protein is chicken salad. It has mayonaise in it. But it is worth the extra calories. We need some fat every day anyway.
