I love Subway. I could be happy eating there for lunch getting a different sandwich, 5 days a week. I mainly pick one protein, add to that every vegetable of the day (always fresh), and sometimes honey mustard, pepperjack cheese, thinly sliced. All of that I get on a 6" whole wheat roll. My favorite protein is chicken salad. It has mayonaise in it. But it is worth the extra calories. We need some fat every day anyway.

just getting started here (2 weeks) so I haven't gotten the routine down to plan ahead yet. the morning rush usually means a ham/cheese sandwich and some fruit thrown together....so I guess that's a repeat of today!
