This team makes me hungry! But... I'm hungry for tuna, cottage cheese, salmon, fruit, spinach salad...

Today I have a sandwich made with Sandwich Thins, turkey, and reduced-fat cheese, a YoKids yogurt, and an apple.

Headed out in the next 15 minutes or so to walk the mall, 2 miles, then back to the office to munch on my salad. This has been the routine 3 out 5 days of the work week for the last couple of weeks.

Everyone have a great lunch!

Running errands on my lunch hour today...but brought some Campbell's vegtable beef soup (the last can of soup in the pantry this morning..lol) and baked triskets with me to eat at my desk today. And I will peek in my drawer in the breakroom fridge and pick a piece of fruit for dessert :0)

Have a great Healthy day everyone emoticon

Turkey, 2% swiss cheese and a smart start english muffin. Add to that tons of raw fruits and veggies. Carrots, Celery, Radishes, Green Pepper, Red Grapes Seedless, and an Apple. 24oz. of water, but I drink that all day long.

I grill my own turkey and chicken breast alternate each day. Trying to keep the sodium low.

A snack about 2:30-3:00 will be a small banana and an apple, with some carrots again.

I carry that and 3 - 20 oz bottles of water in a small cooler it is with me at all times keeps me out of the vending machines.

Now I have taken control...

oh man, my new all time favorite lunch food are now the Oroweat Sandwich thins! I've been putting everything and the kitchen sink in between them - so good! Today I used a laughing cow light cheese wedge, a bunch of tomato, turkey bacon, and a little bit of avocado! SOoo good! For breakfast I do roughly the same thing, but add egg beaters. Yum!

A yummy turkey sandwich with fresh garden tomatoes on a sandwich thin! Oh, I also had some carrots and cherries.

well today’s lunch is a mixture of foods that i had in the fridge/freezer that needed to be used & i cooked them up into a soup:

½ can of black beans
½ cup frozen spinach
¼ cup fresh salsa
¼ cup salsa in a jar
¼ cup green enchilada sauce
garlic powder, onion powder & cumin
1 yellow corn tortilla, torn up into little pieces (i wanted that tortilla soup taste and i think i accomplished it)

once again it’s based on spinach, beans, salsa and tortillas. wow…i need to branch out a bit! emoticon

I have a natural hourglass shape and I really want to keep that but I don't want it to jiggle -stacey, thintervention

I've posted this one before but I LOVE IT. My own version of Chipotle. 1 cup quinoa cooked in 2 cups chicken stock, a can of black beans with spices, and sprinkles of cheese. This makes 3 serving of lunch. Sometimes I add grilled onions but not this time. I do always add guacamole. I love it.

I haven't checked in for quite some time. It's time to get motivated again!

I had a turkey and cheese sandwich on wheat bread, doritos, and capri sun fruit punch. Must do better tomorrow! I did manage to stay away from sodas and the vending machine today by eating the snacks of 94% fat-free kettle corn and 90 calorie Oreo stix. And plenty of water!

I saved half of my dinner last night for today: chicken teriyaki from Red Robin (no mayo, whole wheat bun). I'm going to pair it with baken sweet potato fries. yummy!

I packed Lean Cuisine Butternut Squash Ravioli, and I add a little baggie of frozen mixed veggies to it. Also, a huge apple I saw at the market and tons of water.

I think I'm eating lunch backwards today.
Cherries, Lorna Doone Cookies and now lunchmeat rolled up into log shapes and munching on them.

I will do what I can with what I have for Jesus sake Today.
