Well Easter dinner was a great success with very few calories consumed. I was pleased! Ham, sweet potatoes with a little real maple syrup to add a little taste, turnip, carrots and brocolli. Dessert was a fresh fruit salad and the treat was Easter Ice Cream Cupcakes.

Today's lunch isn't planned just yet as I usually go out for lunch on Monday with a co-worker. However, wherever I end up will be a garden salad with chicken, no cheese and a balsamic dressing. Lots of water today too!!!
