Cathy, I sometimes make (for potluck at church) some roll ups of turkey(but you could use ham)1/2 slice swiss cheese a quarter of a pickle spear with dijonaise on it. Every body loves them and very few carbs. Yum!

Hi Jodi,

Hip Hop Abs is a lot of fun. I am VERY rhythmically challenged and have most of the 30 minute routine down to a fine art. It was not hard to learn at all. I had "issues" at first figuring out how to move my hips front and back while walking side to side ... Uh, figured it out. Even if you don't get the routine down right away, it is so much fun! You honestly do forget you are exercising. The "GET BUSY" is my favourite "exercise" from this DVD. I can do it PERFECTLY. hahahahaha.

I ordered the "bundle" online so I have another DVD for the thighs and hips. I haven't ventured there yet though.

Let me know if you go with this.

Cathy

Hey Cathy ... I saw an ad for HIP HOP ABS last night! First time I had heard of it. How do you like it? I was wondering if it is complicated ... I have challenged co-ordination/rhythm skills.

But it looked like fun and who wouldn't love a set of rock hard abs?!

Today my lunch is very simple, but very effective.

I have two whole wheat bodywise tortillas with dijon, lettuce and two slices of Schneiders 1890 Heritage Baked Ham. The sodium content of the ham is a little high, but I don't mind tipping the sodium scale every once in a blue moon.

The wraps alone are only 80 calories a piece and the four slices of ham only 70 calories. For 230 calories I get a perfect carb:protein ratio.

I also have my standard Astr0% yogourt and extra today is 1/2 cup of 98% fat free Burns Brown Beans. I will not likely eat these at lunch, but as a late afternoon snack.

I am leaving work early today for the Long Easter Weekend so will not be out for my noon time walk, but have done my HIP HOP ABS this morning and have my 6 KM run planned for tonight.

Happy Easter everyone!
Cathy
