If you're at home, it's nice to have the Hebrew National (or other brand) fat free hot dogs with a lot of sauerkraut. It's not too high in calories and delicious. Also kidney beans or refried beans on the side. Does anyone know if there are low calorie frankfurter rolls? I imagine there must be but I haven't looked as yet.
I had left over turkey and spaghetti and an orange. To busy in the yard to to make a sammie. Which what I really wanted..but oh well.. leftover s are ok!

Sounds good, I had 5 small spears of grilled asparagus, 2 small grilled red potatoes split in half and grilled with balsamic vinegar, dijon mustard, and olive oil. I also had a grilled skinless chicken thigh.

This sounds so good I love tuna. Have you try it with some onions as well? I love to do a tuna salad with lettuce, onions, sweet salad clubs, whole wheat pasta, tomatoes, black pepper and light Italian dressing.
Also try just the whole wheat pasta with the light Italian dressing. This is really good on it own.

I was going to have a couple tuna sandwiches on light wheat bread. Then thought I would add a bit of lettuce for crunch then totally changed to 1 cup tuna salad on a bed of lettuce with a couple of tomato slices. I decided to skip the bread since had tst for breakfast. I will also add an apple or orange haven't decided yet. and drinking my water too.
